Cassel Charlie Mathale
Mr Mathale was born on 23 January 1961. He completed his secondary education at Phangasasa High School in Tzaneen and continued his studies at the University of the Western Cape where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. He was the Premier of Limpopo Province until July 2013. Mr Mathale was in addition appointed as the Provincial Secretary for the ANC in Limpopo and a member of the ANCYL National Executive Committee from 1996 to 1998.
