Attacq Ltd (Attacq) carries on the business of a property holding, development and investment group through the ownership of: • directly held investment properties; and • subsidiaries, associates and other investments with directly held investment properties and property investments. Attacq is managed by Atterbury Asset Managers (Pty) Ltd (AAM), appointed in terms of an evergreen contract, subject to strict performance criteria set by the Board. The following directors and officers of the Group have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the asset manager: LLS van der Watt, GJ Oosthuizen, PH Faure, BF van Niekerk, P Smit and T Smith.
